贴片电容介绍与区别

贴片电容是一种电容器材料。贴片电容全称之为:双层(积层,层叠)内置式陶瓷电容,也称之为贴片电容,片容。贴片电容有二种表明方式 ,一种是英寸单位来表明,一种是毫米单位来表明。



内置式双层瓷介电力电容器(mlcc)通称内置式电力电容器,是由印好电级(内电级)的瓷器物质脉冲阻尼器以移位的方法叠合起來,历经一次性高溫煅烧产生瓷器集成ic,再在集成ic的两边封上金属材料层(外电级),进而产生一个相近独石的建筑结构,故也叫独石电容器。



双层内置式陶瓷电容的构造关键包含三绝大多数:瓷器物质,金属材料内电级,金属材料外电级。而双层内置式陶瓷电容它是一个双层叠合的构造,简易地说它是由好几个简易平行面板电力电容器的并连体。
